Sleep resolution
Dislike New Year’s resolutions, kind of late for one anyway. Still, as a regular resolution, or rather as a stated commitment, need more sleep and this year is as good a time as any to start. I have made it a habit to go days without sleep or get only 4-5 hours of sleep per 20 hours of consciousness, taking a toll on my body, I think it is a contributor to a higher level of stress than what I am used to.
